start your day fresh

Thier is this new article i read about and got very inspired to write something about starting your day and managing your life in a local magzine though it lacked lot of point the main point which it made clear was the one touched my heart was this two point i wanns elobrate and view to my readers if there ate any hehehehe

your day actually starts with the night - yes really no joke its all about gud dinner and the day ends you think so but actually its the next day your body starts preparing for and when you understand this you are more carefull with ur night activitues
it goes like this if u hava a heavy dinner -which makes you feel unconfortable at night -or a party or drinks which are more or longer  than you expect -your sleep is disturbed -you get up late -upset stomach -late for office -school colleage -bad days start n ends more worst you need rest -u sleep in afetrnoon-you cannot sleep again in night
sooooooooooooooooooo you see how ur actual day starts from you r night may be 8-9 pm make sure you are gettg prepared for your next day coz your body actually has started to do so .


managing yor like this is kind of expansive version more like what we read early was based on day to day activity its a little more about that

keep the thing in mind that your like has two circle 1st one is the 2nd one which u can do somthing about and other you can see but cannot do anything about though bit will influnece your daily life and routine the 1st one isthe one you shuld and could do changes and the second one is stop worrying about for.
so 1st one should be your listed proprities your health wealth immediat family (no relatives& far far relatives are no no)
and 2nd is world news enviromnet frinds colleagesoffice staff etc  etc

so the more you go around which 1 you decide and you enjy or suffer dependes on ur self decision
