Though I m not the leanest person in my circle and have my bad diet days ,but still wanna share this that how easy is weigh loss at times when you can manage it manage it or else when it grows fully you are nothing but helpless.
- Best pick is eat slowly give you brain to understand what its going through it takes utmost of 20 minutes first for you body to understand the process of what is going on but majorly people eat four times faster than that and are ready for another serving till den .
- Another thing that can help you slow down with your eating is to brush after every meal and you will realise how many times you are munching and at end either you will stop brushing your teeth or stop munching on
- Use technology handy – use your mobile or pads- to note down what you are eating in a day to day bases and you will know where your extras flab's come from or may be just by noteing down what mood you eat more or time you can be ready with some handy extra cucumber or fruits to much rather than that burger or pizza you crave for.
- Avoid unnecessary stress –don’t add to your day to day stress by listing to that lame news channel who news are mostly made up –about stars crashing or world wars.
- Emotional eating – it might be a disorder eating for some lonely people just eating on make you feel good -consult a doctor for things you can be full with and happy like sports or dancing find an alternate.
- Weight loss is not a goal to be achieved .its a progress in you healthy living and life- so take major steps for it than major excuses.
