4 WAYS -KEEP AWAY FROM DISTRACION FROM WORK

1.Just like you think that you are the best guy your ex can ever date, when you are drunk (when you know you are not), a majority of us think that we are great at multitasking. A number of behavioral studies over time have shown that we are not meant for intense multitasking. Human short term memory is so weak that memorizing a 10 digit phone number at once gets pretty hard, let alone putting brains on two dissimilar tasks at once. So instead of getting yourself tangled in a million tasks, better concentrate on one and make the best out of it.

2.Facebook comment wars" is not an unknown territory. We all at some point in time have been there and done that. Agreed that it can get pretty interesting and funny at times, but most of the time you will end up realizing how much time you wasted pondering over comments on a regular update. So, if you like it, just comment and scoot out.

3.If you are still not aware of this helpful email management practice let us give you a brainer. Inbox Zero is a practice wherein you have to commit to distinguishing between clearing and keeping emails in your account. Read, delete, reply, forward and everything you possible do with mails have to be decided there and then. Practicing this will not only save up your time but also ventilate your inbox.

4.Turn off your Facebook chat, Gtalk, Yahoo messenger or Skype. Chatting with distant friends once in a while is a good idea to keep the strings attached. However, don't go overboard and start chatting with friends who you can easily catch up with on the weekends. Avoid kick starting conversations with your crush, red flag chats with your ex (you really don't want to go back in time when you have a deadline to meet) and yes, your girlfriend as well. Note - Chatting with the above mentioned people will only decrease your productivity.
