HEALTH INFORMATION-HAAD -ABU DHABI
The Health Authority – Abu Dhabi (HAAD) reassures citizens and
residents in the Emirate on the MERS Coronavirus (MERS COV) illness status and
asks the public to practice their daily life activities normally. HAAD calls
all residents to avoid rumors and refer to official reliable sources for
information on the illness.
HAAD confirmed that the current situation is not a public health
concern and that it is coordinating with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other
authorities in the country, and has taken all necessary measures as per
international standards and recommendations from the World Health Organization
(WHO), including screenings for all contacts of affected individuals as per
international standards and best practice.
HAAD advises the public to
follow these tips to help prevent respiratory illnesses:
1.
Wash your hands often with soap and water
for 20 seconds, and help young children do the same. If soap and water are not
available, use hand sanitizer
2. Cover your nose
and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze then throw the tissue in the
trash.
4 .Avoid close
contact, such as kissing, sharing cups, or sharing eating utensils, with people
with fever or flu-like illnesses
5 .Clean and
disinfect frequently touched surfaces, such as toys and doorknobs.
6. Wear masks in
mass gatherings like Hajj or Umrah.
HAAD stressed the need to follow information released about the illness
by the Ministry of Health and health authorities. Cases of MERS COV have been
reported by the WHO from 2012.
The MOH stated that the WHO
confirmed the virus is not a concern for public health at the moment, and that
the current situation does not require a travel ban to any country in the
world, screenings at different ports, or any restrictions on trade.
The MOH reassured everyone that
globally, detected cases continue to be very low compared to other types of
flu-like illness. The MOH confirmed that it is monitoring the situation closely
to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
The MOH and Health Authorities along with the WHO are working closely
with all government and health authorities to understand the risks of this
virus and the way it spreads between people.

RISK- THE WAY OF LIFE
I read this very
fine piece if advise and was really interested in sharing with my
blog reader .so here we go
In his book "Fountains of Faith," William Arthur
Ward wrote the following about the danger and opportunity involved in every
risk. He wrote:
To laugh is to risk appearing the fool
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental
To reach out for another is to risk involvement
To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self
To play your ideas and dreams before a crowd is to risk
their loss
To love is to risk not being loved in return
To live is to risk dying
To hope is to risk despair
To try is to risk failure...
... but risk must be
taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
I agree with that.
But I would add the following to his poem:
The person, who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing,
and is nothing.
One may avoid some suffering and sorrow but one simply
cannot learn, feel, change, grow, live, and love.
Chained by one's certitudes, one is a slave, one has
fortified freedom.
Only the one who risks is truly FREE
Risk is not matter of time sometimes it’s just a little gap between the truth and the fact if
you want to know the truth you have to take the leap of faith or else be
surrounded with your own ideas of truth and possibilities of facts you choice
your risk ,but your dreams choice you always so better be aware and risk it.

CV UPDATING- 4 EASY WAYS
.You probably consider yourself one of
the following: Motivated, a hard worker, detail-oriented, a team player,
intelligent and experienced.
Great -- but what do those words mean?Almost every other applicant describes himself or
herself that way.Don't waste the precious space on your CV with
these words that don't tell the hiring manager anything.Instead, include examples of accomplishment or
projects that demonstrate these qualities.
2.There is no firm rule on how long a CV should be,
but a good rule of thumb is that one page is best, two is acceptable in some
cases.
Beyond that, your work history and experience level
should be really impressive if you're asking someone to scroll through more
than two pages.
Give only the most pertinent information and leave
out stuff that does not relate to the job.
3.Yes, updating your CV is boring and sometimes
hard, especially if you only update it when you're looking for a job.
Don't assume the CV you wrote two years ago -- or
even two months ago -- will work.
Technology, industry terminology, and your skills
have all changed and need to be reflected accurately.
Even the most basic information, such as your
contact information might be outdated.
Handing over a CV with an expired telephone number
is not going to make a great impression -- though you probably won't find out
since your current phone will never ring.
4.Technically, the cover letter is not part of the
CV, but the two are inextricably connected.
Your CV paints a good portrait of you as a worker.
It lists your previous job titles, employers, and
education background, but it does not give any insight into your personality.
It also doesn't answer any questions your CV might
raise, such as gaps in employment or unclear job titles.
Almost a quarter (20 per cent) of employers in
India won't even consider an application that doesn't have a cover letter
attached to it.
Your cover letter is one way you can let your
personality show and address any points of confusion on your CV.
You can go into more details and make clear
connections between your CV and the job posting thus improving your chances of
getting called in for an interview.

IMPROVE YOUR FOCUS -5 SIMPLE TRICKS
1. Use your
Observation Skills
A good way to build
your attention span and improve your memory is to play a “picture game”. Study a picture for a minute or so. Then, look away and try to remember as much
of the picture as you can. Visualise and
place objects in the image of your mind.
With regular practice, your attention span and power of recall will
improve.
2. Read/Study More
Believe it or not,
reading is one of the best ways to improve your attention span. If you are reading an interesting novel, you
often find that you can read for hours without really noticing what is going
around you. Reading for such an extended
period of time helps to improve your attention span for other things that
require an extended period of focus.
3. Limit the TV/Internet
TV is one of the worst
offenders when it comes to distraction, with the constant commercial breaks,
and the ease of changing channels to something else. If you do want to watch TV, limit the amount
of time you spend doing so. Otherwise,
consider recording the program or hiring movies, so that you can watch TV
without the interruptions.
4. Eat the Nutritious
Foods
Low blood sugar levels can
affect the speed at which people process information and also shortens
attention span. After the overnight fast
that occurs when you sleep, it is important to eat a breakfast rich in
carbohydrates and protein. The sugars
will quickly sharpen your mind while complex carbohydrates and protein will
sustain energy so that you can think well for extended periods. Along the same vein, never skip a meal as
this will cause low blood sugar, in turn causing you to reach for a sugary fix,
which will then be quickly digested, causing low blood sugar once again and
creating a cycle.
A diet that is low in
or free from artificial colourings, sweeteners, and preservatives may cause
dramatic improvements in attention span.
Also ensure that your diet is adequate in vitamins and minerals. For example, a magnesium deficiency can lead
to fidgeting, anxious restlessness, and learning difficulties. B complex vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids, and
zinc are all linked to the maintenance of a healthy attention span.
5. MeditateDaily/Sleep
well
Research has shown that
meditation can be even more effective than sleep in improving attention
span. The form of meditation is really
simple – just focus on an image or sound or on your own breathing. The theory is that meditating may restore
synapses without the initial grogginess associated with sleep.

GET ORGANISED TIPS -HOW USEFUL IS THAT
1. You and your
family will be healthier.
You'll have more time
to prepare healthy meals and exercise.
2. Your professional
life will improve.
Not only will you make
a better impression on your co-workers and boss, but you will feel great about
yourself. When you feel like you have it all together at work, your
professional life can take off and you can achieve things you have always
dreamed of.
3. You will reduce
the clutter around you.
Being surrounded by
clutter is like dragging heavy chains around with you all day. It slows you
down, makes you tired and is just stressful. Getting rid of the clutter will
help you to experience a sense of freedom.
4. You will have
more energy.
Most organized people
are full of energy. Why is that? Because they take better care of themselves inside
and out.
5. You won't mind
last minute visitors in your home.
Not everyone likes
people popping in on them, but for those of you who do, your friends and family
could do so without you breaking into a cold sweat. You can invite them to sit
down in a clean living room and even offer them something to eat and drink.
Your home will feel inviting and comfortable.
6. You will be able
to set and achieve your goals.

VALENTINE OR ANTI V-LOVE LIFE
Valentines’ day- two days away things are so much red red
all over things all very different it used to be now I feel that many of my friends
have this huge kind of mood change some are very happy some are very sad and
some are lost totally as per me I don’t care for now this year is no different
and cannot change much things going around but may be the young one say from
the range of 12-25 are the most in this kind of love dove traps .i believe there
is nothing called love in first place it’s all about how you put it sometimes
people who are too close to you and you get used to deem become the target
called love or sometimes if you are too much obsessed with someone you have
this love dope drama may be just peer pressure or another attention seeking techniques
in any ways I do sound and anti-valentine person but I am not it’s just that I don’t
understand why we pay for same ambiance and same place twice what we should why
would we what the need to pay at a certain day double the amount of usual.
Hey but one thing is nice that the flowers sellers and the
vendors on road earn good out of this day with the heart balloons and all over
the place the look is very nice looking and amazing, I only have issue when there
are these lonely people feeling more bad about their life already and this day
will make them more feeling bad for themselves. All days are like valentine
days for the one who have real love in their life’s but I guess just a reminder
won’t harm anyone so here we go have a blast people in love and who have no one
to love
–say love yourself and gift yourself things you would wish someone
would have given you .enjoy days and enjoy life.

OLD IS GOLD- JOB OFFERS
to the study, older
staff not only serve as mentors to
younger staff, but they also don't call in sick as much and have a great track
record for showing up for work on time, the Huffington Post reported.
The study, which was
conducted by the nationwide building society, found that older workers are just
as technologically savvy as their younger counterparts.
The research has
revealed that younger workers like having older staff around, and around 16
percent of Nationwide's 17,000 employees are over 50, and two percent are 60 or
older.
The study found that
almost half of their workers over the age of 55 hadn't taken a sick day in the
past year, and most of them usually arrived early to work. (ANI)

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT- WORK PLACE ETHICS
1. Start
doing the little things you already know you should do. You know many of the
things you should be doing to develop better relationships, increase your
productivity, and be more responsible. So do them.
2. Become a
keen observer of others. If roy got the promotion over Peter, identify the
reasons. When you are drawn to someone, ask yourself why.
@When you begin to
trust someone, pinpoint the reasons.
@If you received excellent service from
someone,
@think about what this person did that impressed you.
@There is a lot
you can learn by watching others.
3. Start
living in a state of awareness. Turn off autopilot and start making conscious
decisions as you move through your day, especially when interacting with other
people. Positive change begins with awareness.
4. Become a
student of personal and professional success. If you have a genuine desire to
improve your soft skills, start consuming content on the subject.
5. Be
intentional every day. Getting better won't come without effort. While some of
the things will
