3. A poor man cannot be paid for his work from Zakat nor can Zakat be given in payment of services, except to the people appointed by the Islamic government

4. Zakat will only be valid if the recipient is made the owner of that amount. If, for example, a few needy persons are fed a meal from Zakat money, then Zakat will not be fulfilled as they were not made owners of the food.
5. Zakat cannot be given for the construction of Masjid, Madrasah, Hospital, a well, a bridge or any other public amenity.
6. Zakat can be paid in kind from the same merchandise on which it is due, or alternatively, it could be paid in cash.

1. Zakat cannot be given to the descendants of Muhammad (P.B.U.H);
2. Zakat cannot be given to parents and grandparents. In the same manner one's children and grandchildren cannot be given Zakat.
3. Zakat contributions cannot be given to such institutions or organizations who do not give the rightful recipients possession of Zakat, but instead use Zakat funds for constructions investment or salaries.

how personal bad it is for a child coz sperms can be of its natural parents but the blood and thought of the carrier mother - seriously she will be feeding the child the milk of hers also
and what den how you say she is just a carrier of the baby .

she is just not wife of the man but surely carrier or no carrier she is the mother of the child coz womb is no room- it had attachments physical emotional and mental .

seriously i guess this is a very bad idea to rent wombs is not the way world should be doing and going from me its surely a no no until n unless its a matter of life and death of some one .and please people don;t take it as  a fashion now .pheww

Earth Quake All The Way

Earthquake in my place really made me stop for a while in this so high spirited world in never ending luxurious you sometimes forget that their  is something called death and something called natural calamity where you will not have anyone to blame you for

at ,y work place when everything suddenly stared shaking some things more shook my life many so called colleague and Friends not even gave a look at the people who were sitting back casually did;t  though  of informing them at the earliest as they didn't wanted to have a havoc on the staircase many people left their so called old bosses ;asst in the run go get to the end
yes even i was in that run and i did the same

first person we called up were our families in India or at home or office and school just to check on them

and then their was this long time make up thing after the earthquake that we did;t wanted  to let our kids go out of site for a second
anyways work resumes soon after that
but what can be the real reasons for this sudden shocks we will surely Put a better light later

for now we are Happy we are alive .

NON WORKING INDIANS IN INDIA-PAY FINE

There are all the time dharnas a and bandh in India which Is the biggest reason of this countries not getting in to the league of some of the world best countries even after having immense resources they are not on the top list of anything other than giving births .we have huge losses in crores and crores when we have bandhs so anyone realise that we are a developing country always and forever.




What is wrong with the people is that they don’t have work and if they don’t have work they have lot of time on hand to have dahrnas and jharnas (babies).

So why don’t government do anything about it .yes government should do something about it they should fine the people who are healthy in their good age and health not working men .



Yes I mean it fine them

Why government have to get you job do dogs and cats and ants get their food from government no they work hard and get it

Government is for running a whole country when people who don’t have work full day or day to day labour or just lazy people sit up all day and eat from their spouse or parents pocket these kind of people should be fined



Then only this country will get unlimited entrpunerers,who will work for themselves also and well being of the state –and country when they will have difficulty to pay the fine to not work they will work other than for free food on the account of their family and spouses ,I really mean it you will see in every house of Hyderabad for instant the working maid of your Will complain how his/her –spouse and grown up sons will be eating up her hard earned money and soul

I guess this is not a great of solution but at least its solutions

Why you think Indian was under British rule for so many years

And why you thing these same Indian when get jobs in gulf works same 8 hrs like dogs

Yes admit it we are the kind of nationality who will only work under lakdi ke neecha makdee nachee conditions . AND why should they use a countries resources when thwy are not giving anything in return ,democracy doesn;t mean -dooming your country.

better everyone who is eligible and not working get fined .
