i recently went to an interview usually i go up for interviews just to check in how much i m still in demand this is the way for me to know my actually value with time passing by its sure you are not growing any younger but are you growing smarter is the question
and when i went for this M.N.C which has got the whole brand from totally another continent and i was very happy about it ,every one is when they are approached so with big brand names .
but to my surprise i came to know something which really jolted me and i really want myself to realize how one particular person can represent whole of the state or country how the employer generalize people with a single hand experiences and don;t want to take up a person from same persona if they had a bad previous experience with that particular class /state/culture/community /religion /of people .
though many jobs really mention what they want in ads very accurately some does n;t
so when i went to this particular interview i was surprised to find that this M.N.C- thinks of Muslims to be very lazy and the criteria to judge it and clarify was they go for prayers 5 times a day out of which 2 -3(duhr-asr-magrib)will be at office timings -which was kind of bothering their growth and punctuality really.
if you look at it at present it looks very odd off a reason but if you are looking at a office culture with private sectors who see 8 hrs as 8 hrs that s very true and with colleague with so multicultural and non Muslims point of view .
where on counter part don;t have such obligations towards their religion you like it or not if you are a Muslim you are less of productive for a company some say and i m not generalizing it but yes many a times employs who enjoy the benefit of going to pray session misuse them chating away or taking more time in mosques making it a point to belated back to work hanging many others ,so deal with it people.
but what just clicked my mind was a saying- that Islam is the best religion but Muslims are the worst followers .
