Mens Style Mistakes Turn Women Off

Men up their style quotient to impress women and women dress well to make an impact on men.
This is the general rule of the universe. All men want to come across as well dressed and stylish, but some falter horribly in their attempt to appear so. While women are impressed by a stylish man, what they cannot handle is a man who styles himself wrong. There are certain style rules that a man must adhere to and certain faux pas that he must avoid

1. Too much colour

Blue jeans, red t-shirt, yellow jacket, black sneakers and neon green laces – if this resembles your daily attire, then you are committing a, major style crime. A dash of colour in your wardrobe is good but too much of it is an eyesore. Do not commit this very common crime and stay away from an overdose of colour

Applying gel to your hair to style and shape it is good. But emptying the entire gel jar on your head is not. There are so many men that have taken their gel love to a level of pure craziness. In a bid to style their hair like that of their favourite Bollywood heroes, men end up looking like weirdos with stiff, oily hair. When gelling your hair, remember to keep it minimal and simple. Do not overdo it.

3. The ‘swag’

Some men, in a bid to appear very ‘modern’ and ‘cool’, walk in a particular way. Basically, they drag their feet, place their hands in their pockets, and walk with a (fake) nonchalant look. No matter what your gait is, never walk in this particular manner. Most of the girls hate it and when they see a man walk like this, they think he is a good-for-nothing chap.
4. Coloured lenses

We don’t know who invented coloured contact lenses or why, but the truth is, they do not look stylish. Thankfully, many men haven’t embraced this style and we urge you to stay clear of it as well. There is nothing un-sexier than a man with grey contact lenses. A man with coloured lenses looks undesirable.

Every year brings with it new fashion concepts and newer styles. Most of these styles look best on the ramp and on skinny models, but then, the layman does not understand this. Following fashion blindly, without keeping in mind your age, personality, body type is a sin you mustn’t commit. Do not follow fashion just for the heck of it. Think what works best for you and follow just that
