IFTAR TABLE @HYDERABABI HOME

BESAN WITH PANEER 
My iftar table looks like this till 6 o clock when we are rushing to make things work mostly the fried Indian snacks which we cannot live with out are the variety of pakoda and they are so many of them for  started in variety that you don;t get  bored  for almost 15 -20 days with  the main ingredient same as besan and mixing in it various vagetbales and lots of onion potatoes or say paneer cotage chess its more than enough options
MOONG DAL MIX READY TO FRY
and if you have enough of the besan we have a variety  pulses and daal we can to soak and dried and grind make paste and pakoda out of which like here have a picture of mung dal mixed with greens ready for fry .
FRYING BHAJIAA
deep fried is the catch for all the yummy Indian snacks we use oil like water :)

MASH DAL DUMPLINGS
one more very famous  item in ramzan in iftar table for Hyderabadies are dahi walay- which is nothing but mash dal soaked dried grind and deep fried and lots of diluted curd is added to it to make it soft once the mash dal dumplings soak the diluted curd it be garnished or eated otherwise .
